Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within ten business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
